Shift Disability Initiative (SDI), a women led and youth driven Non-Governmental Organization established in November 2023, is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities in Nigeria. Our vision is to create a nation where inclusion for individuals with disabilities is a reality. SDI's primary objective is to improve the quality of life for those with disabilities by offering comprehensive care, steadfast support, and fostering inclusivity to ensure thriving opportunities for everyone, regardless of their abilities. Beyond providing care, we are passionate advocates, diligently working to secure the rights of the disabled. With a vision to be a beacon of hope, breaking barriers, and creating pathways for individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. SDI operates actively in Taraba state and aspires to extend its impact beyond borders.
